Students with disabilities proved yet again that the thirst for knowledge was universal, as they shone at SPASTN’s annual Quizabled program.

The event, whose finals was held in Chennai on January 21, had separate events for different categories. Two students from Satya Special School, Yugasri and Thamizhselvi, won the first place in the Autism and Cerebral Palsy category.

Ten students from Satya qualified for the finals at Chennai, from several hundred students who took the online preliminary quiz.

The student teams who qualified for the semifinals are Mohamed Javid and Dilip, Mukhesh and Deepa, Darani Karthik Raja and Priyadharshi, and Jithender Yadav and Nathiya.

Students had a blast preparing for the quiz, and this annual program has been great in raising awareness of the abilities of students with disabilities!
